Yes, we offer our guests a free shuttle service included in their stay, with round-trip journeys at scheduled times. The shuttle connects the hotel exclusively to the main Canazei Belvedere ski lift, approximately 900 metres away.
In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit may be retained as provided for by the Civil Code (art. 1385). If your stay is interrupted early due to bad weather or minor health problems, the property reserves the right to charge 50% of the unused nights.
