The Restaurant: a delight for the eyes and the palate
Our hotel has an in-house kitchen and restaurant, which allow us to offer bed and breakfast, full board and half board, everything according to the needs of each guest.
The dining room is very large, with a width of about 200 m², which can comfortably accommodate a large clientele and where you can find a charming area with glass windows facing the large garden.
During your vacation you can enjoy traditional Trentino and Ladin, Mediterranean and international dishes, with a touch of delicate culinary creativity. The kitchen of our hotel is directly supervised by the owners who, every evening, will delight you with a choice of four menus suitable to satisfy every type of palate and dietary need. In fact, on request, we also prepare gluten-free menus, intolerants and vegetarians, just let us know your dietary needs in advance when you check in and we will be happy to meet your demands.
In addition, once a week, the “Cena Tipica” (Typical Dinner) will be presented: a themed dinner based on the local products of the Fassa Valley, with simple and inviting specialties, all to be tried!
Breakfast is served as a buffet with savory specialties and homemade desserts; while, for lunch and dinner, you will find different specialties accompanied by a buffet offering salads, various appetizers and other small and delicious tastes… all to be experienced.
