History
Our Hotel has a long history, which began in the memory of December 1972, when the Fosco family decided to create a small hotel (with about 16 rooms) to accommodate tourists and vacationers passionate about high mountains. Our story was thus born, out of necessity and virtue, by grandfather Cirillo Fosco, an experienced mountain guide who, inspired by his summer activity, planned to build, despite many sacrifices, a moderately sized but efficient and comfortable hotel that could kindly accommodate tourists who love the Fassa Valley.
Grandmother Irma went along with this great dream, sharing her initiatives and ideas, and standing always by her husband’s side in the construction first, and at the opening of the hotel later, that was named “Irma” precisely in her honor.
The family-run hotel became thus an old B&B, providing accommodation and breakfast.
A first air of renewal came in 1997, when an expansion of the structure was made with a major renovation and the desire to provide the possibility, for our beloved customers, to have more choices and space, thus also offering a catering service with the option of half board or full board.
Currently our 3-star hotel has been newly modernized, both in the interior and in the common rooms, offering our guests a mountain atmosphere, but with an important touch of modernity.
